OpenBOM Drive Training Library Is Available

Education and training are very important for us at OpenBOM. Although we provide a dedicated onboarding training service, we believe that it is critical to have online information which can give you an independent reference point about what the product does and how to use it. If you never heard about OpenBOM Drive until now, you should check the following page – OpenBOM Drive

What is OpenBOM Drive?

In a nutshell, OpenBOM Drive is a service that allows organizing files in the virtual disk that is available to your organization and outside. It allows you to manage files, share files and provide services for version control and 3D Viewer.

OpenBOM Drive extends that capability of OpenBOM to manage WIP engineering resource – CAD field and provides a 3D Viewer available for everyone to get access to CAD files and other related information.

OpenBOM Drive vs Legacy PDM

The key difference between OpenBOM Drive and all legacy PDM systems is Drive’s ability to organize a single source of information in the virtual storage while everyone who needs to use the file can access it. But the most important thing is that Drive is friendly with CAD files and provides automatic data synchronization in a way that allows team members to work together.

What is included in OpenBOM Drive Training?

The training course includes all materials you need to know to start using OpenBOM Drive. It also includes troubleshooting and reference materials helping you to tune OpenBOM Drive functionality for a specific configuration of your computer as well as troubleshoot installation issues.
